Our billing model is intentionally simple. Each invoice contains two kinds of lines:
A flat tier fee that keeps your environment available, performant, and supported. It covers infrastructure capacity, secure operations, monitoring, updates, backups, and the SLA and review windows of your tier.
Reflects your actual throughput. Pages within your included allowance are covered by the tier fee; pages beyond that are billed at the SKU list price (€0.15 Metadata · €0.85 Features · €0.95 Insights) minus your tier overage discount.
Cycle & proration:
If you start mid-month, your first invoice (issued at the start of the next month) contains:
Afterwards, each invoice charges the upcoming month in advance (no additional proration).

What counts as a “page”:
No minimums beyond the tier fee: there is no “batch size” requirement; billing granularity is per processed page per SKU.

Your first statement (issued at the start of the next month) includes the pro-rated remainder of your start month plus the full next month in advance. Subsequent invoices always bill the upcoming month in advance.
No. Contracts are annual and the tier fee reserves capacity and support for you continuously. If you’re within the first 90 days of a new annual contract you can cancel at month-end with no penalty.
Yes — that’s the design. You can ask for Metadata only on one page, Features on another, and Insights on a third. Each SKU is billed independently at its list rate (minus your tier overage discount).
They are the list rates that apply to overage above your included allowance. On Growth your overage is discounted by 15%; Corporate plans extend that to 30%–55% depending on volume.
