Recruiting Process
We are a company that likes dealing with uncertainty - and as part of this we believe that uncertainties should be reduced as much as possible (but never be avoided). Our recruitment process reflects this. It is designed to make sure that you always exactly know where you are in the process, while at the same time testing your tolerances for uncertainty. Application.
Simply find the position that best suits your interests and skills and fill out the form. Please keep your cover letter extremely short! Use 2-3 sentences to tell us why the position interests you and how having you on the Team would make Werk24 a better company.
Video Call.
If your CV matches the requirements that we have for the position, and that your motivation fits our company culture, we will send you an invitation for a short 15 minute Video call. This will happen at latest 3 work days after your application. If it does not look like a good fit, we will also get back to you in this time frame.
Challenge.
You will be posed a small challenge that is tailed specifically to the position at hand. If you are applying for an engineering position, you will likely receive a coding our logic challenge. If you are applying for a marketing position, you will receive a challenge that reflects this. Maybe you will receive a challenge that you did not expect.
Reference Call.
For senior roles we are keen to get our impression challenged and broadened by someone who has had the pleasure to work with you.
